How do I arrange a viewing?

We’ll arrange for you to visit the property for a viewing at your convenience, and will accompany you on your visit. Contact us or book online (coming soon) when you find a property.

Guarantor - What are my responsibilities?

If you’re their guarantor, you will only be responsible for your own dependant, not anyone else living in the property. All deposits are held with the government-approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS). While the buildings are insured by landlords, tenants do need to make sure they have appropriate contents insurance – it’s sometimes worth checking your home insurance policy to see if this covers dependants studying away from home.

Your property will be equipped with hard wired smoke detectors with a battery back up and on the day of move in you will be provided with a fire safety information.

If you are unsure whether there is a fire, evacuate the building, call the fire brigade '999' and then call the Cloud office '01522 802020'

Do I need to apply for references from my current Landlord or employer?

No, we can do this for you. We’ll contact your current landlord and employer, as well as carrying out all the necessary credit checks.

You’ll need to pay a deposit on the tenancy start date.  The deposit is usually £200 per person.

Your deposit is held in a government approved deposit scheme 'Tenancy Deposit Scheme'. For more information click here.
