Housing Hand

When you rent a student property in Lincoln you will be asked for a UK-based guarantor. If you do not have a suitable guarantor, it may be acceptable to pay your rent for the tenancy in advance. For most students this is very difficult. An alternative option is to use a Rent Guarantor Service which enables UK and International students with no UK-based guarantor to rent accommodation that may not otherwise be available to them.
Lincoln Students' Union has partnered with Housing Hand, a company that offer a fully comprehensive guarantor service available to all students, whether from the UK, Europe or Overseas and regardless of nationality. It is open to new students who haven't yet enrolled at Lincoln University, as well as those in the 2nd year and beyond for individual or joint tenancies.
